Growing as a Leader:

There have been so many Lessons That Shaped Me.

Have you ever wondered how life's challenges shape who we become? Or how the setbacks we face can fuel our drive to succeed? To simply be MORE. That question has followed me through every step of my journey, from serving in the Navy, to advocating for families, to supporting the Air force mission today.

This showcase brings together the work that has shaped me most as a leader. Each artifact represents a lesson I've carried with me: that clear, plain communication can open doors for people, that inclusion shows up in the everyday words we choose, that a law on paper means little without people willing to stand up for it, and that the best solutions start with listening. I've learned that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about leading with purpose, serving other with care, and never stopping learning.

My hope is that as you explore these pieces, you';; see more than finished projects. You'll see a leader who is still growing, and who believes every challenge can make us stronger.
